About Us – Our Story & Purpose
A Mission Born from Compassion
Rainbo Crossing was founded to meet a real need—safe, affordable housing for adults who want to live independently but not alone. Inspired by a personal journey of seeing a loved one mistreated in unsafe conditions, founder Angela Zeno set out to create something better: a structured, community-first housing model that bridges the gap between institutional care and complete isolation.
Mission Statement:
To provide clean, affordable, shared housing environments where adults can thrive safely and independently—without the need for onsite medical intervention.
Vision Statement:
To end community-based homelessness by creating sustainable, dignified housing options for adults seeking structure, independence, and support.
