A Mission Born from Compassion
Rainbo Crossing was founded to meet a real need—safe, affordable housing for adults who want to live independently but not alone. Inspired by a personal journey of seeing a loved one mistreated in unsafe conditions, founder Angela Zeno set out to create something better: a structured, community-first housing model that bridges the gap between institutional care and complete isolation.
